From basic to advanced levels, monographs, seasonal specialities and mini-workshops with a qualified and dynamic team. The number of students per course will be limited.
At the beginning of the class, the teacher will read and comment on the recipes to be prepared, giving more information, suggesting alternatives for cooking at home, talking about ingredients, methods, etc. When we finish... eat and enjoy what we have cooked or they will prepare it for us to take home.
