Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of its history and cultural diversity. The combination of local ingredients with techniques and flavors from other continents has created a unique and highly appreciated cuisine worldwide.
Known for its diversity and richness of flavors, the result of a combination of indigenous influences and a fusion of culinary traditions from different cultures, including Spanish, African, Chinese (Chifa cuisine), Japanese (Nikkei cuisine) and Italian.
In this course we will make a complete menu where we can appreciate these influences that have permeated the cuisine of this country.
