All you need to know
One of the most distinctive aspects of Thai cuisine is its perfect balance between spicy, sweet, sour and salty, known as the concept of "flavors in harmony." This harmony is achieved through the expert use of ingredients such as curry paste, coconut milk, tamarind, coriander, ginger, chili, garlic and lemongrass, among others.
This cuisine is characterized by the freshness of its ingredients. Aromatic herbs such as kaffir lime, lemongrass and Thai basil provide an intense citrus perfume, while fresh chilies and curry paste provide the spicy flavor so appreciated by its inhabitants.
Using coconut milk adds a silky creaminess to many of your dishes.
In this workshop we will see four very characteristic recipes of what could constitute a menu in any Thai house.
